WAYfit Youth Performance Training (Ages 8–11)
Help your child build a strong athletic foundation, boost confidence, and have fun while getting fit!

WAYfit’s Youth Performance Training is a small-group training experience designed specifically for youth ages 8 to 11. Each session focuses on developing essential movement skills through a proven mix of speed training, agility drills, plyometric movements, and foundational strength work. These elements help kids improve coordination, balance, body control, and overall physical literacy — skills that benefit them in sports and everyday life.

We keep each session small (maximum of 4 participants) to ensure every child receives focused, individualized coaching. This personalized approach allows us to meet kids where they are — whether they’re highly active, just getting started, or somewhere in between.

All sessions are held at WAYfit Studio, a private, youth-focused training space equipped with everything we need to help your child succeed. Your child will have access to age-appropriate training tools including agility ladders, cones, BlazePods, resistance bands, slam balls, medicine balls, kettlebells, and more. If there’s ever a specific piece of equipment that would benefit your child’s progress, we’ll get it — no exceptions.

While this program is excellent for kids involved in sports who want to enhance their athletic performance, it’s equally valuable for children who don’t play sports but want to get active, build strength, move better, and gain confidence in a supportive, encouraging environment. Every child deserves to feel strong, capable, and proud of their effort — and at WAYfit, that’s exactly what we aim to build.

Whether your child’s goal is to be faster on the field or simply feel more confident in their body, this training is designed to support their growth physically, mentally, and emotionally.

WAYfit’s 1-on-1 personal training is designed to meet you where you are and take you where you want to go. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, improved conditioning, or building a healthier lifestyle, each session is tailored to your specific needs and goals.

All sessions are fully tracked—WAYfit records performance, progress, and key metrics from week to week to ensure consistent improvement over time.
