Sign Up for Youth Performance Training
WAYfit’s small-group youth training sessions are now available by the session! Each 45–60 minute workout is limited to 4 kids per session to ensure personalized coaching and maximum results.
Athlete Group Placement
At WAYfit, we want to create an environment to help your athlete thrive. Though a certain day/time may be most convenient, that group may not be the right fit for your athlete. Before signing up, please reach out to WAYfit directly to ensure that your athlete with be paired with others who are of similar abilities and maturity. We have your athletes best interest in mind and will make all accommodations to best serve him/her.
Pricing
WAYfit Youth Performance offers flexible small-group pricing designed to reward teamwork and consistency:
1-2 athletes: $45 per athlete
3 athletes: $40 per athlete
4 athletes: $35 per athlete
To reserve a spot, the initial payment is $45/athlete. If more than two athletes participate in your scheduled session, you will receive a discount code for the adjusted rate to apply toward any future session.
Whether your child wants to train once a week or multiple times, you can book the sessions that best fit your schedule.

Each session is $45 initially and capped at 4 participants.
All training takes place at WAYfit Studio (Benton, LA).
Registration and liability waiver is accessible for viewing via link completed during booking.
No long-term commitment required — book individual sessions as needed.
Adult 1 on 1 Training
Visit the Current Programs page to view available days and time for adult personal training. Please note: Actual availability may differ slightly. Final scheduling will be determined during follow-up.
Click the Submit Interest button below to fill out a quick form. You’ll be asked to share basic contact info, training goals, and preferred method of contact.
Once we receive your form, WAYfit will reach out to you personally using your preferred contact method (call, text, or email) where we will discuss: Session availability , training goals, pricing options, and potential start date.
If you decide to move forward, you’ll receive a PDF registration packet via email which includes: liability waiver, health questionnaire, payment information, and program overview. Fill out and email back prior to your first session.
