The Prep Performance Program is a semi-private strength training program designed for middle and high school athletes who are ready to build strength, improve performance, and gain confidence in the weight room.

Offered in a 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 setting, this program provides individualized coaching in a focused environment where athletes receive constant feedback, correction, and progression. This allows for faster improvement, safer training, and better results than traditional large group workouts.

This program is centered around progressive resistance training, helping athletes develop proper technique and real strength that translates directly to sport. Whether your athlete is just getting started or preparing for high school competition, every session is tailored to their age, experience, and goals.

Program Focus Includes:

  • Proper lifting techniques (squat, hinge, push, pull)

  • Strength development through structured progression

  • Power and explosiveness

  • Movement quality and injury prevention

  • Confidence, discipline, and work ethic
